Liposomes are closed vesicular structures consisting of one or more phospholipid bilayers, similar in composition and structure to the cell membranes in our bodies. Liposomal iron passes through the gastric environment unharmed, preventing potential gastrointestinal discomfort and ensuring excellent tolerability. Once it reaches the intestine, liposomal delivery allows the iron to be more easily absorbed, thereby increasing the mineral’s bioavailability.In addition to iron, Eritril Pro contains Vitamin C, folic acid in its active form (Quatrefolic ®) , and Vitamins B6 and B12.
