2. What are cookies

Cookies are small text files that visited websites send to the user's browser, where they are stored to be transmitted to the same sites during the next visit. Cookies are used for various purposes, have different characteristics and can be used by the Owner of the site being visited or by third parties.

3. Types of cookies used

3.1 Technical and functional cookies

These cookies are strictly necessary for the operation of the site and for providing services requested by the user (e.g., session management, shopping cart, account authentication, language preferences). Pursuant to art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code (Legislative Decree 196/2003) and the Guidelines of the Italian Data Protection Authority of 10 June 2021, no user consent is required to install these cookies.

3.2 Analytics cookies

These cookies allow us to collect aggregated information on the number of users and how they visit the site, to improve its performance. Installation of these cookies requires user consent, which can be granted or revoked at any time via the cookie banner or the dedicated link in the footer.

  • Shopify Analytics (first party, provided by Shopify Inc.) — aggregated navigation statistics. Policy: shopify.com/legal/privacy
  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — third party, provided by Google Ireland Ltd. Used with IP anonymization, so full identification is not possible. Installed only after user consent. Data transfers outside the EU are based on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC). Cookie retention: up to 14 months. 3.3 Profiling and marketing cookies

These cookies are used to create profiles related to the user and to send advertising messages in line with preferences expressed during navigation. Installation of these cookies requires explicit user consent.

This site does not currently use third-party profiling or marketing cookies. If they are enabled in the future, this policy will be updated and new consent will be requested.

6. Data transfers outside the EU

Some service providers (in particular Shopify Inc., based in Canada) may process data outside the European Union. Such transfers are based on adequacy decisions of the European Commission or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC), as provided by arts. 44-49 GDPR.
